Preston Bowe is an award-winning filmmaker, composer, and multimedia artist based in New York City and Dutchess County, NY.

Rooted in a sensorial, atmospheric approach to storytelling and form, he is interested in how image, sound, and montage can translate subjective experience. His narrative work explores the body and psyche as sites where identity and culture are negotiated, contested, or transformed.

His films have been showcased around the world, featured in festivals including the 2023 and 2025 Mykonos Biennale and the 2024 Big Apple Film Festival.
